The information contained in Testing For Victory is intended for the personal and confidential use of the recipients who have paid for the program/materials. Testing for Victory LLC materials contain information that is privileged and confidential, and any unauthorized or inadvertent use, receipt, disclosure, dissemination or distribution of such information, without the express written consent of Testing for Victory LLC, will result in Testing for Victory pursuing all legal remedies available to it including, where appropriate, injunctive relief and an award of attorney’s fees. Any unauthorized  review, use, dissemination, distribution or reproduction of Testing for Victory materials, or any of the information contained in such materials, is strictly prohibited. If you aware of any person or entity who is using or disclosing Testing for Victory materials without the consent of Testing for Victory, then please notify us.

Testing for Victory will also notify the AAMC and medical school admission committees of any unauthorized or inadvertent use, receipt, disclosure, dissemination or distribution of Testing for Victory information.

To get a full refund or a free 120-day extension on your access to MCAT for Victory, you must satisfy all of the following:

  1. You must have taken the new (2015) official AAMC MCAT exam before studying with MCAT for Victory.
  2. You must submit proof of your previous MCAT score within 7 days of enrolling.
  3. You must watch at least 80% of the MCAT for Victory videos.
  4. You must send us your official AAMC MCAT re-take score within three months after taking the exam.
  5. If your official AAMC MCAT score did not increase by at least 10 points (previous MCAT under 500) or did not equal or exceed 510 (previous MCAT 500 or higher), we will refund the MCAT for Victory course.


Higher Score Guarantee

To get a free 120-day extension on your access to MCAT for Victory. You must satisfy all of the following:

  1. You must have scored a 504 or lower on the official AAMC MCAT exam.
  2. You must submit a diagnostic exam score within 7 days of enrolling.
  3. You must have taken the diagnostic exam at least 6 weeks prior to taking the official AAMC MCAT exam.
  4. You must have completed at least 80% of the MCAT for Victory course.
  5. You must send us your official AAMC MCAT score within three months after taking the exam.
  6. Your official AAMC MCAT score must be lower than your diagnostic exam score.
